Greener Pastures Diversified Fund
Greener Pastures New Zealand has designed and established its first New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE) approved qualifying investment - the Greener Pastures Diversified Fund. This enables New Zealand residency to be secured with a USD2.9 million* investment. The Fund has a number of structural design features advantageous to the Active Investor Plus visa. The Fund is currently open for investment.
* The USD investment value is based on the NZD5 million to NZD10 million investment requirement, assuming a conversion rate of USD0.58 to NZD1.00. Investment Strategy
The Fund will allocate investor capital across New Zealand's private capital markets, investing in a portfolio of private equity, private capital and venture capital funds.
Access to a Wider Range of Funds and Fund Managers
The Fund has been structured to provide investors access to a wider range of investment options. Many of the large and established fund managers are not included in the NZTE acceptable managed funds list. By investing in the Fund, AIP visa holders gain access to a broader selection of funds and fund managers.
Diversification of Asset Class and Sector
The Fund will allocate investor capital to portfolio funds operating across New Zealand's private capital markets. By investing in a combination of private equity, private capital and venture capital funds, the Fund aims to provide investors with a more diversified risk and return profile.
